You’ve got them, right? Clear times in your mind when you witnessed something amazing, just come together. Poetry-in-motion sort of thing.

Perhaps it was in nature, sport, art, history.  Or maybe it was in your favourite movie or series. It might have been renown specialists or amateurs with a pure love for their craft.

What did they do? What happened?

They did something amazing. They defied all odds.  They got to a place that is impossible to achieve. That should’ve been impossible for them to have achieved. They made something out of nothing. They made it look easy, they made it look fun. They won. In some way, they won. Big.

People who’ve been involved in the doing of such things, or who’ve witnessed such things often talk about the ‘dream team’ that made it happen.

What you don’t realise, unless you’ve studied or created dream teams, is that they are consciously constructed – from the individuals and their capabilities, to the cohesion between members, the way they are managed and led, the systems, the processes, and much more.
Now imagine having that in your sales team. Imagine having your own sales dream team. Imagine consistent, great performance, little resistance, energy, joy.
